'93 Norris Craft XLVEE equiped with 200hp Black Max 2.4L Mercury.
Has ~10" manual jackplate. Trolling motor pictured not included. Powerhead was rebuilt in 2010. Lower unit is from Mariner 200(replaced recently, but was checked over and installed by mechanic ). I think it has 187 gears, because it is faster now than with my previous lower unit. New lower unit not pictured on boat. I took the boat for a couple test runs the other day at Marine Creek and she ran flawlessly. I hit 70 gps with just me in the boat before I had to bring it down (Marine Creek is small). I'm pretty sure this boat will hit low 70s now (even more if propped out right), but I really just wanted to make sure everything was good to go before I sold it. The boat polishes up nicely and the large metal flake finish is just incredible, but it does have some scratches in the clear coat. There is some small hairline cracks in the clear coat that were present when I bought the boat in 08. However, they haven't extended since I acquired it. The trim motor will need solenoid replaced eventually. I've replaced it before (20 bucks from Napa). Keep in mind, this boat is a '93 so its not perfect. But, this boat is great to fish from and the motor should be very reliable.

Additional BONUSES!
Hot Foot Throttle
boat cover Great shape! (purchased this past summer)
NEW CARPET (installed past spring)
NEW VINYL BOTTOM FLOOR (installed past spring, just hose out to clean!)
NEW BUCKET SEATS (installed past spring)
3 Bank Charger (purchased this past summer)
3 batteries! (NEW EVERSTART MAXX cranking battery)
Humminbird 565 fish finder (good condition)(bow)
Eagle depth finder at console (has a crack in display and image is poor, but it does give depth and water temp)
Trailer had a new axle installed this past spring and new bunks last year.
also comes with 1 bow low profile pedestal seat and another full size pedestal seat

Mechanically, the motor has had just about everything fixed this past year.
Powerhead had exhausts flued. Mechanic said it should be pushing a little over 200hp now.
I had Boyesen reeds put in. Carbs were completely re-built this past spring along with the entire fuel system being replaced. I've been using fuel treatment on every tank (or real gas when available).

I also have papers on engine work done.

Well, I can't think of much else. Boat is located in South Fort Worth area.
