I caught this 7lb2oz fish yesterday, on a home made crank. PVC, same size and shape as a Bomber that dives 12-14', no rattles, crappie paint scheme. 8' of water, along a channel break in the back of a cove, bumping the brush next to the channel edge.
I got two others on the same crank yesterday.

This was the second bite I had after getting to Lake Falcon on 12-29-11. Caught her on a 1/2 oz. jig in about 5' of water on the edge of the river.

It's seldom I'm not throwing one of my own lures, but when I'm not, I'm most likely casting something made by another TU member. Member Boone made the special chartreuse blade-bait that this one inhaled and got my spring started off on the right foot. Thanks Jeff and Larry!!! Dean

ill take the prize for the ugliest. this 40 pound wolffish took my 6 oz shad in white with a pink throat 3/0 treble with a bass skirt attatched in white and black. this fish was so ugly he didnt even come into the boat.

ThereHeIs! I caught this monster (9.6lbs) on a spinnerbait a couple of days ago. It was me and my girls 10 year anniversary. She told me to go fishing so she could cook us a nice dinner at home. Thanks babe.

Not a trophy fish ,..... just an average 27" pike , but yet another one under the belt of my homedesigned "DinnerBell" spoon ,........ in this case made from copper sheet , not stainless steel as most of them ! I hardly ever saw a pike so deeply hooked on a spoon ,...... she must have swallowed it right from behind . That spoon model turned out to be perfectly suiting that "Alster" lake , located right in the city of Hamburg/Germany , only 6' to 8' deep , with shallow banks and quite snaggy . I've been fishing that spoon model frequently for more than one year in there now , caught the most fish on them and only lost two spoons so far , .......versus the loss of quite a few other spoon models , some crankbaits and even glide baits as well . Truly one of the #1 lure models from my stable;):) ! Sorry , the picture showing myself with that average pike did not turn out too well , had to shoot it with the automatic timer function of my camera laid on top of my tackle bag ! greetz , diemai:yay:
