Here is a cut out from the CNC machine. Only the inside is shaped with the CNC. It allows me to get the weights exactly where I want them and the wire track is dead center. Once the two mirror image halves are put together with the weights and wire in place a couple drops of CA glue finish the assembly. Final shaping, paint, and topcoat finish the job.
Lip slot if needed and some basic surface shaping should be done before assembly!
