Alumilite White shell, Alumilite 610 foam core, photo transfer using decals printed on a dot matrix printer, Alumilite UV clear coat. They swim in an "S" pattern on a steady retrieve but will also work well when twitched or jerked.
Lots of steps, but lots of fun.
