is that water paint ?

It is water base paint. Folk Art color shift paint. 

lol good news ,i was sure it was not good for airbrush. my gf has a tons of em.how did you reduce it ?

I actually use water. About a 50% to 50% mix. Unless it has more pigment in the paint. The rule of thumb is somewhere around the consistently of milk. But really most of it has to do with your airbrush. The needle and tip is what determines what can be shot thru the gun. Most medium size tips and needles will shoot the 50 to 50 ratio no problem.
