For lack of a name I just call it a Bubble Trail Pencil Popper. Rattle-can paint.
Borrowed: Horimoto Duo Duct Popper idea or Daiwa Saltiga Pencil with a patent. Which frees me to use the idea since Daiwa patented a prior design lol
New: Canoe rocker + Boat hull V stern and planning hull bow on a pencil bait 
I'll leave you guys to think about why it works with a pencil
