I was fishing a couple weeks ago and the fish kept pulling the tail off this soft body swimmer. So I thought why not make this into a hard body bait. I couldnt get it to swim until I inserted a small bill and weighted the tail. Swims like a million bucks now. It is a floating wake bait.
