Tilapia Photo over Foil

Juvenile Tilapia photo over foil. Three inches long carved out of Paulownia. Weighs .720 oz or 20.3 grams with hardware attached. Lexan square bill. Createx and Auto-Air paints. Top coat is Dupont auto clear.

Got a little carried away when I was cropping the photo and added the background and frame. Just putting a little lipstick on the pig.

Thanks guys. This bait was built for a friend of mine who's going to the Land of the Giants (Falcon Lake) next week to fish a Top 6 tourney. Tilapia are a major food source for the bass down there. Hopefully he'll hook something on this bait that will pull both arms out of their sockets.

I'm guessing at 6 or 8 hours Mark. That's also counting time on the computer editing the photo. Plus your essentially doing two seal coats. Once to seal the wood and once to seal the image which smooths out the foil edges so they don't show under the paint job. And I'm not as fast as a lot of you guys. Like the old saying says, "The hurrier I go the behinder I get".
