joetheplumber Posted April 17, 2014 Report Share Posted April 17, 2014 I'm not sure you could use this as a top coat or a sealer. I got some of it a while back to spray on my rain gear and it works like a champ for that but I don't think it'll work on lures. It may work on lures but I have never tried it for anything other than water proofing my gear. My guess is nothing will stick to it if you try to use it for a sealer and I don't think it will hold up to stumps, rocks and teeth as a top coat but you never know. Just my 2cents.
