LC oxblood?

Recommended Posts

I think the problem is inconsistency with LC oxblood. Like so many of their other colors :censored:

Oxblood is one that I have to physically stick something in the container and stir it off of the bottom before shaking it up. It's a very thick color.

Once it's properly mixed, the LC oxblood I have comes out pretty close to Yammie's with the help of some brown.

To me, Yamamoto has one of the darkest oxblood recipes on the market. Every other oxblood I've seen is much, much lighter.

Depending whos oxblood or whos pumpkin you are comparing it to you will get different colors tints. some oxblood is more red than brown and visa versa

when people talk about oxblood out west they generally refer to roboworms oxblood.

Oxblood is one of those colors that everyone had but almost everyone is different too

Thanks guys, the comments were helpful and very accurate.

I will probably add more of Del's red and a little fl. yellow. Here's a bass on an oxblood Senko:

DelW, please stock some good chartreuse. LC has some good stuff, but I'd rather purchase from you, considering how excellent the motor oil was that you carry. (Still waiting for a 5" Senko Worm from your mold.)

Color #325 is Brown Indigo w/ red flake. I forgot the red flake and put in .040 black and black string. Very nice.

NJ, string glitter looks like short lines of glitter. Zoom uses it in some of their flukes in hologram or black.

I'll post a pic of my stick with string and black flake. If anyone is interested in holo string, contact me. If the demand is there, I could stock 11 lbs. (my min. stocking order), like I have for black string. I'// be evaluating chartreuse string also.

10 new glitter colors being evaluated, but only in .008 and .015.
