charkins Posted January 17, 2005 Report Share Posted January 17, 2005 Been there, done that, never again! I ended up with hot plastic all over my hands. Plastic stuck to the inside of the injector. I also ended up with hot plastic all over my hands and it is very difficult to take all the plastic out of the injector. Also, those clamps they use are a pain to put in place and if you ask me, the baits you get out of those molds are not that great. Just my $0.02. I bet some of them could come up with a plastic injector that would really work! That would be great for two peice molds with thin pieces. Any ideas? BigZ Posted January 19, 2005 Report Share Posted January 19, 2005 I saw a nice high quality gourmet aluminum turkey baster at Bob's that he said sent plastic all over him and Del, resulting in injuries.
