how much salt should i use?

Recommended Posts

Matt from Matt lures has a good suggestion; If you want them to sink, and wiggle just like a senko. Pour some with salt and watch them sink in water next to a Senko. And just add salt untill they sink the same. Then add softener untill you get the same wiggle action as a senko. The 1/2 cup of salt per 8 oz of plastic should put you in the ball park. the more softener you add, the more fragile the plastic gets. I just add enough softener to I get that wiggle,as the bait falls. Every one has their own formulas, just find out what works for you. good luck!
