DeVeryTY Posted February 24, 2005 Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 My biggest problem so far has been figuring out how to attach a rigid wire through the center of one of my glass lures. A few of my projects have come to a standstill(apologies to Lapala) until I figure out how to work the metal into the glass without cracking the glass or melting the metal. It seems the wires movement cracks the lure from the inside out. No matter what gauge the wire it'll "flex" and the glass of course doesn't. Also I haven't found a hook that stands up to the temp I melt glass, even the stainless hooks melt. DeVery Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As soon as I send in an order I come up with another idea and realize I should have included those items in the order I just sent .
