soldering wire loop

Recommended Posts

The reason I was looking to solder the wire is because the wire is fairly thick at .073. It can be a bear to twist. My Hagen's wire bender won't work on this thick of a wire and I would rather not try modify it. I can get a bend with round nose pliers but I can't get the twist to look good thus the solder question.

I work with a lot of stainless steel sheets and wire. I know for a fact that you can tackweld it for sure. Since the wire is so thin only a couple of small tacks would work, and it will never break. The only problem is you need to know some one who can weld, or weld it your self.
