Its a combination of files and items to get the total bait mold. A 3D solid, and then scale patterns and fin ray pattersn as lines that are mapped to the surface. Cut the mold from the solid, and ten engrave the mapped lines to get the scale patterns and the rays on the fins. About 4 hours per side to cut everything, and then the pins and screws are done on the drill press.

Holy Cow man. That is something I have been wanting to do as time and money allows. I doubt I will get near the results you did, but it gives me something to shoot for. Awesome!
