thats awesome! how did you get that effect with the mouth? if you dont mind me asking 

Well it's funny you ask.  I just recorded a video with most of the steps in it.  i am cleaning it up right now and will have it ready by the weekend.

 

To carve that mouth is not hard.  I have a bit that creates the concave popper mouth, and I carve around it on the outside of the lure to give it a lip shape.  I am not sure that made sense, that's why I am creating the video.
