Plastics Techneque Rather Than A Tool

Recommended Posts

I posted here because I try to keep from bumping new posts that have not been up for 3 days or so. Well here I go again with another nutty Idea. I keep hearing about how hand pours are flat on one side and not 3d so to speak. After a visit to Habitat for Hunanity, (a place that takes in used building materials) I noticed a stack of ceramic tiles with numerous desighnes. It occurred to me That if I over poured my plastic mold a smidge I could place the tile on top of the mold and transfer the groove desighns to the flat side of a lure. This worked out very well. You have to trim some but its very thin and easily removed. Also the cool time is about the same.
