bassmaster1974
I got started painting years ago on some of my older cranks that looked terrible.I learned how to sand and prep the bait along the way by doing this. You can practice on one lure and if you mess up,no biggie....just dry and sand back down.Always start with a base coat.I use a white, pearl, black, gold or silver.Just depends on what I am wanting from the finished paint job.Base coats will give you different effects with certain paints.
