Hey Fellow Baiters........ lol as you know our fishing clients "if you sell baits" can be very set in the things they do, even go far as calling them Primadonna's lol any way, some of these fishermen I build for ask for good hooks because they tournament fish. was wondering if any of you guys might know where to get bulk good hooks from? Somewhere reliable please. Thanks in advance Zilla!

  3. I talked to Sarah a while back on cutting a 4 cavity that they didn't show on the site. Within 5 minutes, she confirmed that they could cut it in a 4 cavity and shipped it out two days later. Great customer service.

  4. Maybe you should think about using baitjunkies then cause it is calhouns. The six gallon pack is not vacumned so it will have bubbles in a microwave. There other one is the same thing but has been vacuumed.

  6. I'm new to bait making and was curious how one gets a multicolored bait like this out of a injection mold if you only have one injector? Is that possible or do you need a twin injector? Thanks for your alls help. -Nate

  7. Resin is resin...I use Alumilite for now. I let mine settle for a week or more before doing anything with them....scuff sand and wipe down with an alcohol/water solution, prime coat and paint with minimal issues. Some folks even go as far as washing their blanks in the dishwasher with dawn dishwashing liquid prior. Overall, patience is key....don't RUSH any process. Good Luck

  8. Try taping some stiff cardboard or thin wood strips to your vise jaws so they won't scar. I put a couple of layers of duct tape on mine, and it works, but eventually it gets cut up, so I add more over the top of the old tape.
