A couple of pictures of my set up. The lime green air hose runs from the compressor output up the wall and through the ceiling and then back down into my shop and my two in line regulators. The regulators are supposed to trap water and I have a separate valve to release any water. This seems to work really well. I can operate at pressures of 10 psi and have gone below.

well, my mold set up. I've got bubbles on the bottom half not terrible. I can't figure out how to paint the model, if it is coated with a mold release.

Christmas experiments with Chinese powder pigments. It is a technique that the French Softbait Makers showed several years ago, but there are also video of Larry Dalhberg about it. I simply injected the Pro Shad Firetails mold with scrapped plastisol of old pourings, adding some black drops and I obtained the base for painting experiments with metallic pigments. I did the drawing up with nail art spongy brushes (but also soft brushes do the work). After that I fixed the powder with a chef torch, but … if you scratch it jumps away. The solution to coat my “cubist painting” 18 cm length has been ever supplied to me by Frenchs (Breizhbaits), with the mix 50% glue for PVC pipes + 50% MEK. Coating must be quickly drawn down with a soft brush, because MEK tends to quickly evaporate. I encapsulated also 3D eyes. I use a harder plaster than POP, but same principle, always paint a coat of plaster on the mold models to eliminate the bubbles. This "2fer" mold was sealed with epoxy spray paint, but high temp engine enamel works good too. The mold half laying down works with either of the other two halves
