  2. Dave, I'm afraid video is beyond my capabilities. I barely do photos! Hahaha My pain is gone, and my strength, such as it is, is returning.

  3. I experimented with rear lips on one-piece baits. Interesting movements are available to the experimenter. Hope your pain subsides soon, and look forward to the video Dave

  4. They look great Mark. Nice work. Your colors look good and I like the chartreuse highlight on the plopper tails.

  5. I have applied glitter mixed with the top coat of D2T or Solarex most of the time. The only other way I have applied it is to shoot the Createx medium like Illustration Base to an area that I wanted glitter then sprinkle the glitter over the area. That way if I only wanted some red glitter on the red down the sides and/or on the cheek of a rainbow trout, I could spray only that area lightly with createx and then sprinkle red glitter lightly over that and it will only stick where it is wet with the createx. If you are going to try and spray the glitter with your airbrush. Keep in mind that if your are using an airbrush with a 0.5 nozzle, you don't have an opening of 0.5 unless you have the needle pulled all the way back. With a 2 stage airbrush, down with the trigger for air then rock the trigger back to feed the medium. You are going to have to rock the trigger all the way back to have a 0.5 orifice. If the needle is in the nozzle at all, you have a 0.25 opening or less. Hope that reads ok.

  6. I'm off with the decimal point... I think everybody knows what I was saying. If you want to shoot hunks and chunks... You need the biggest size.

  7. How could you shoot .08 glitter through a .02-.03 airbrush... I use a .05 airbrush and I shoot some ultra fine glitter paint just fine... Dipping/brushing KBS is easy. I'd never run it through my airbrush. I buy these airbrush's and super happy with them for my needs. If I want detail, I use a stencil. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Gravity-Feed-Dual-Action-7CC-Airbrush-Paint-Spray-Gun-Kit-for-Toys-Nail-Care/173685950458?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=472360764798&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

  8. Is the Eclipse worth the money? Absolutely. I've never shot glitter through it so I can't help you on that. I prefer to mix glitter with createx clear and apply it with an artist's brush.

  9. let it soak in cleaner solution ( warmer the better ) being very careful push in a small round file and try to turn it... be firm but gentle. Too much force will completely ruin the brush. if you used anything other than a water based paint it's gonna be even harder.

  10. look at the mold making videos on youtube. its easy to make POP (plaster of paris) injection or open pour molds and a 20 lbs bag of it costs $10 you can make all sorts of stuff and injection molds allow you to do several at a time

  11. use disposable cups with the measuring marks on them, then throw them away if you have raw plastic in pyrex heat it to cure it and it comes right out if your pyrex isnt letting go of the cured plastic then the glass has become etched so replace it

  12. same as dumping water in hot grease, flash explosion as water turns to srteam sending hot plastic splatter out in all directions like a hand grenade. then the other thing is your pyrex with most likely shatter if thew water touches it
