  2. Hey 'm willing to make a deal on these, trade possibly... Musky baits or Do-it molds? I'd like to get rid of these. If interested email me at keith@chumslures.com
  3. Thanks. I had a few students help me get started, we are trying to get the scanner figured out. We get a decent scan but the sides are not aligning up correctly.
  4. A friend has a cnc BUT I need the molds I want to make in CAD. How / what is the best / quickest way to learn CAD? Is there a program that is easier to learn? I really need to learn and do this. Also any cheap scanning services? Keith
  5. Anyone willing to offer some advice on making new molds for a spin caster? I am able to get the jig I want in a CAD drawing and milled, but my question is how do I turn that into a spincasting mold. (Ive only use "standard" jigs in molds before) If i just have the shape drawn and milled into one solid shape how do I account for the hook? PM me if you want. Little Sal
  6. Sure send me a message at keith@chumslures.com Keith
  7. I had brass bodies made for musky in line spinners that I am never going to use. I have a few thousand. They are 1/2 ounce. I know Janns Netcraft sells them for around $1.30 each, I'm asking $0.30 each in bulk. I'd like to sell them all. I need to get rid of them.

  13. Anyone who does use createx could you let me know your process? Jans net craft has additives and talks about multi layers. Is it just a primer - paint - and top coat?
  14. Thanks for the info guys. I'm really looking for a wide range of colors and thats why the created is appealing. This is mostly for small brass blades and powder coating won't work ... for what I'm trying to do. I see some of these great lakes / salmon companies that paint spoons with some great colors. I guess thats more of what I want. Been searching on line all day. Depending on who you talk to you get 5000 different answers. lol

  18. I am looking for a company that can print heavy card stock for me. The kind you would see on the back of a blister pack. I need it for the jigs I sell. I want to staple them onto it, so they can be torn off of the card and purchased individually. I can't find any local printers that can do haevy enough stock. Thanks, Keith
  19. Coyote, check your PM. Little Sal
  20. Do a search for Partridge hook company, they have the longest hooks (shank) out there, but they are not cheap. Sorry, but I forget the name / style. Little Sal
  21. Yea, but I know a lot of shops that sell them and they say that when they are returned, they are done so because they are chipped. It happens because guys try to put size 24 or smaller in, and put it up at the very tip. I think it has something to do with the tempering / hardening of the jaws, and the very strong gripping power. Bottom line I think they are the best and easiest to use design out there. You can go from #8 to #2/0 with just a squeeze. Keith
  22. Hey guys, I carry and sell the Royale vises. I can say that EVERYONE who has used them loves them. The biggest reasons are they hold just as well, and they are CHEAP! I know some guys who put over 1,000 dozen through them with no problems. I can tell you what the differences are: 1. The knobs do loosen up on them. 2. They do not easly grip #20 or smaller hooks, or at least as the Regals do 3. No warranty Otherwise the problems with them are the same as a Regal If you try to tie too small of hooks, #22 #24 and put them too close to the edge of the jaw they MIGHT chip When I go to shows, I take one and demonstrate the holding strength by putting a #8 streamers hook in it and breaking the hook off WITHOUT the tip of the hook ever moving!
  23. Thanks Rich, my time is staring to become limited and I would like to have some one help with my casting. Thanks, Sal
