  1. Lunker City makes a product like your description. Its called the Salad Spoon. http://www.lunkercity.com/sal.html They are more topwater, but I have thrown them with a weight and carolina rig.
  2. We go to local shops to have them chromed, but to be honest most of the time we zinc them. Its much cheaper and most of the zincing shops are more willing to take smaller jobs.
  3. Pop, We use fluke balls up here in the NE a ton. Depending on what size you are making, we have used small cannon ball out rigger weight molds to make them. --BT
  4. Do you have the website? The only thing I can find is his ebay store.
  5. Is this idea based on that red is the first color in the light spectrum that dissapears underwater? Great Idea!
  6. I recently bought 10 painted medium diving bodys from either stamina or netcraft (cant remember at the moment) but I added the splitrings and trebles in the sizes they recomended. The lures dive correctly but they seem to run jerkey. Like (now I know it looks funny) but wobble wobble wobble wobble jerk... wobble wobblewobble wobble jerk. Its like it loses the wobble for a split second. Any Ideas why this would happen?
  7. I tried to order the powder pain system mentioned above by rino, but I got an error and a confirmation. Then when I tried to email them the email bounced. Getting a bit frustrated. Will be calling them on monday!
  8. between 30 and 40 psi should do you right. One thing you may want to check is if your regulator has a water trap. This can cause your paint to foul more often than not.
  9. I am assuming that you are speaking of a normal aircompressor not an airbrush compressor. This connection can be made (this is the system I used to use before someone swiped my airbrush ) with the purchase of a regulator. The psi from the compressor is probably much to great for the airbrush. I could not find one on the badger site, but found a few on the Paasche site. Should be usable with your brush... http://www.paascheairbrush.com/cgi-bin/store/search.cgi?category=Compressors+%26+Regulators
  10. You can get clear resin at most craft stores. I got mine from michaels. It holds up awesome, and comes out clear as a bell. The kind I bought is used for making those clear paper weights. Makes for one heck of a smooth mold for shiny baits!
  11. Anybody try these? I have consitered it for some walleye and bass baits, but dont know how well it works with plastics, and how you "charge" them up at night. --D
  12. Hey all, I have been pouring my own plastics for a while, but I have become interested in making my own spinnerbaits and buzzbaits. I dont have the space or time to pour my own heads/forms so I was wondering where would be the best place to buy them. Stamina seems a bit pricey, and I have not seen a picture of what netcraft offers. Any places you can recomend? Thanks Donny
  13. What was the cost for a 5 gallon jug?
