  4. The best thing I have used and very little money is a Q-tip dip it in the paint blot it off and make your dot! make sure your Q-tip is straight up and down. makes great dots.
  5. The problem with a single action is that ,it drags paint out of the container as it blows over the top of the paint spout. With a dual action it mixes the paint together inside the gun! The most you can do with a single action is covering big areas (even then your more acceptable to get blotching) Also when using a single action its best to strain the paintthrough a pair of panty hose or some kind of paint strainer. you will have to run a thinner paint because you dragging the pain out of the jar. When I bought my dual action gun I almost had a heart attack it was that much better I would say if you could save up for a dual action its worth it's weight in gold. Remember keep them clean, clean ,clean you really got to think like a surgeon the cleaner they are the better they work! :-D Robby.
  6. I put e-tex right over it no problem what so ever, just make sure you dust it off before you put it on. Robby.

  15. Been watching the guys on the fly tying board and though "hell I'll tie my own trebble hooks" not as hard as I thought it might be but I have never tried a fly "that looks hard right there". but why pay when you can do it your self and get what you want! This is the second one I ever done so it's not perfect by any means. Robby.

I know how to tie a half hitch but still don't know what you mean : I have a tool named a ty-master it's a double hook thingy like a dentist tool but the hell if I could figure it out, although I did get a piece of chicken out of my teeth with it LOL. 19. Jed this might sound crazy but I never found out what kind of fish you catch on your gliders. And how do you fish them? Trolling or river banks? Etch showed me one of your baits and they look great. Just wondering cause I never seen these types where I'm from. Thanks Robby.
  20. Looks good to me! And don't credit us too much your the one who made that fine looking bait! Robby
  21. Like I say take em from Mc Donalds the ketchup cups grab a handfull and jam em in your pocket! they are free. Robby.
  22. Rob a trick to do is before working on you lexan, tape it with a couple layers of tape then cut. you will see a diference in how good your cut will be and when you drag the piece your working on your saw or what ever, it won't hurt it! Robby.
  23. As like above there is some good ideas. I think also you want it to look like a wounded fish swimming along as for an easier target for a lager fish to take advantage of. if you are fishing for muskie and pike a slow rolling side to side action works well. I know from experience that jointed lures work well in this appilcation. And they also like the look of real bait fish. And with these big fish you lure size will have to start at 12 inches at least to be in the range of these monster fish. Big fish like big meals so as they don't have to work as hard and waste energy. I hope this helps you out a little. Robby.
  24. No problem Karl looks good to me! Robby.
  25. This is a wheel I made for etch a sketch made from steel up rights BBQ motor and a mountain bike wheel. The rubber will come of and some to most of the spokes will come out .he makes larger baits so I think it will suit him fine.
