  1. Lincoya, many thanks for the support. I have different other patterns in progress, but unfortunately after 12 hours at the office it is quite hard to finish all my projects. I think that photo finish is valued at maximum by lifelike shape of the lure bodies. It doubles the effect of picture. I promiss that I will post the following ones. regards, s
  2. Hi guys, here is one of my first photo finish patterns, using Lyncoia's method. The body is carved beech and the lip is polycarbonate cutted from a shelf divider Just let me know your opinions. Stefan Tudose
  3. Hy guys, I am a quite new member of your forum and I find great pleasure sufing it. However it is impossible for me to see attachments of the posts or to upload photos of my hard baits. Ienter on Photo- Hard Baits Section, I click on the umpload a photo button and it requests me to log in. I enter my username and passwors and then it shows that the page is not available. It is quite strange because it requests registering even if I already registered myself when I actually enered the site. Please give me some assistance on this becasue it is quite frustrating not to be able to post or see a picture. Many thanks in advance and Best Regards from Romania Stefan Tudose
  4. Cheesehead, many thanks for the information. LaPala, I will try to attach a picture of one of my lures. It's name is Judas, and swims like a serpent. it's 2'' long and weights around 5/32 oz. It is targeted for asp and chub, two species of predator common for the rivers I fish in. BR, Stefan
  5. Hi LaPala, many thanks. Unfortunately, these brand doesn't sound familiar at all for me. However I will try to find what is behind the name (chemically speaking). What paints do you use? with these coatings? Regarding the pictures, they will be available on my website starting with the second half of february. Until then I will try to post some. Many thanks and best regards, Stefan
  6. Hi guys, for my wooden lures I use clear polystirene melted in nitro thinner as the final coating after the paint. Unfortunately sometimes, because of the big temperature difference between environment and water, the coating brakes. You must know that I am using acrylic paints diluable in water and I apply themn with a hand brush. It mostly happens when I use aluminium foil ovet the lure's body. Do you have any solutions for such problem? Maybe another coating options? Also woul like to ask for a coating solution for foamies. I shure thing will appreciate your help. Kind Regards from Romania, Stefan Tudose
  7. Hi, usually I get my lip slots (for the wooden bodies) done with a jig saw before painting and final coating. In this stage, the slot is slightly larger than the bib, but after painting and coating, this problem is solved and the bib fits just perfect. As I am using polystirene + thinner as a final coating and polycarbonate for the bib, I glue it into the pluc with one part special plastic glue, called Bison Plastic. I am from Romania, don't know if Bison is available on US market. Kind Regards from Romania
