What about skirts going bad?

I have a question for all that work out of a small warehouse or home... Where and how do you store your inventory? Especially baits with silicone skirts, and plastics? I am running out of storage ideas and need to find a better way of strorage.. Or sell more..

Where do you get the material to make a skirt for .26? I have been getting material from Stamina and Barlows. It is like $17-$18 dollars for 100 pads and it takes two pads to make an average skirt. That is like .17 a pad and .34 a skirt. It is only about .37 to buy a already assembled skirt from Barlows or Stamina. I am going to start buying pre assembled skirts considering the cost of pads. I really need to cut my skirt costs.

I have to agree with the torch method. Once you get your timing down it is easy and cheap...

I have ordered from them a few times and the last few times there has either been something missing or the order takes forever to get to me... or both. I order from Barlows a lot too but customer service there isn't much better...
