  1. You do not need to add anything to M-F Super soft. They formulated it for use without softner. The only reason to add softner..WELL, I can't think of any! I buy 2 - 55 gallon drums at a time and I do not stock any softner or use it. ALL my customers agree that my baits are the softest around ..even with heavy salt. Just try it W/O softner.... you'll agree that you won't need to add extra.
  2. OK... here is my 2 cents... First off for the guys trying the FRY DADDY... SCRAP THE IDEA and get a presto pot. Walmart sells them for about $22. DO NOT DRILL the ball valve hole in the side.. It should go on the bottom as close to the heating coil as possible. I use 12 of these pots with great success. I use a 1/4" BRASS ball valve with a BRASS close nipple to secure it to the pot. I grind down the close nipple so it just fits flush to the bottom of the pot... NO WASTE either. NOW.. you have to build something for it to set on.. EASY part. I also made the back part of the pot support higher (on an slope) so the plastic feed to the front where the valve is. ALL my pots regulate the heat perfect. I heat at 400 setting and pour at 325. My valves NEVER clog either. DO NOT USE A BOLT or anything metal to clear the valve. It can damage the ball valve. I use a wooden dowel. This pot is so easy to make and under $30. You do not need to be a mechanical engineer to do this. Takes about 15 minute and works from the get go. If you are having problems.. EMAIL me and I will help you. sinko@sinkobaits.com
  3. Thanks to all who replied and helped me find what I wanted.
  4. YEAH... you're right. I looked at the wrong pic. EMAIL ME and I can tell you want I want and qty. Let me know a price each. Thanks
  5. Well no FLAT RUBBER... Maybe that is why the guy who made them no longer does.... I'll have to go with the newer round living rubber I guess I checked the Eakins jig out. The weedguard is single. I want the weebguard like below pic. EMAIL ME if you can do them like this.... OR anyone else who can make these for me. MAYBE we can make a reade for custom soft plastic baits.. if you would like. Check out my website. Thanks
  6. I am looking for these jigs in Green Pumpkin, Watermelon, and Black. They are a round ball head with a weedguard. The skirts are flat rubber. I used to get them in 3/16 & 1/4 oz with a 2/0 or a 3/0 hook. I can no longer buy them where I used to. I would like at least 25 of each color. Please email me direct at sinko@sinkobaits.com or pokiepa@aol.com I can email more pictures. Thanks
  7. SAINT..... I add my floatant right after I add my glitter. Stir it up all together. NO the bubbles don't break...that I know of. I stir gently, too. Hope this helps.
  8. I use M-F floating additive. WORKS GREAT! Use approximately 1 tablespoon to 4 ounces plastic
  9. I do not have a pro staff. BUT, my baits are in the 07 classic this year in a BULK bag with no name on it.... WHY? because he gets paid HUGE $$$ by his sponsors!!! I am just a little guy who hand pours the baits he uses... HMMMM
  10. Check out M-F plastic too. If you are close to Lake Ariel, Pa, I'll give you a sample of M-F plastic...just come get it. Or email sinko@sinkobaits.com
  11. Like mentioned above... I just use channel locks too. The faucet is the only way to go.... not a drop leaks out. I buy my M-F plastic in 55 gallon drums and transfer them into 5 gallon containers...then into 1 gal jugs as needed. When I break it down.. it is much cheaper to buy a 55 gallon drum. a 5 gal container breaks down roughly to $19 a gallon. A 55 gallon drum roughly breaks down to $13 a gallon. These are w/o shipping costs.
  12. I NEVER use worm oil because of it turning a different color. I always use M-F Plastic Lubricant instead. It is clear and costs a lot less than worm oil. I have never had a problem with it in bags. A few drops goes a long way with this, too.
  13. Not sure if this is an exact match but here is what I use: 8 drops LC Pumpkinseed 2 drops LC green Pumpkin
  14. Thanks for the info. Came out pretty good. I had to adjust the black a little bit less. Other than that right on the $$$$ I sure appreciate your input.
  15. Anyone have a recipe close to the ZOOM color scuppernog?? It looks like a modified motor oil, to me???? Thanks in advance.
