  1. I get my plastic connectors from B&S Supply in Millbrook, AL. They are my local Auto Air dealer. I imagine you could get them from an Auto Air dealer in your area. If you go to the Auto Air website you can locate a dealer in your area.
  2. I am new at this too but I am using Auto Air pearlescent colors without thinning them in my Paasche VL with #3 tip & needle. I get the 4oz bottles and they sell a plastic spray adapter top for the bottle and you can spray right from the bottle after shaking it thoroughly. I spray windex through my airbrush between colors and when I finish for the day. So far it works fine. I just need to practice more...still learning. I hope this helps.
  3. I found at Wal-Mart a universal rotisserie kit that includes the spits etc.. Although not stated anywhere that I could find, it appears to turn about 2 rpm. Is this adequate for building a drying wheel or do I need something a little faster? By the way, my Wal- Mart had these reduced from almost $20 to $14.
  4. I am working on my first wooden lures. I have coated the bare wood with epoxy and plan to scuff the finish with either steel wool or perhaps 800 grit sandpaper. I was wondering if the Fantastic/Distilled water mixture that I use to thin the AA pearlized paints would be good to clean after scuffing and before airbrusing or is there something better to use? Also, after airbrushing, I plan to epoxy again. What should I use to clean at that stage? Thanks in advance for all help.
