Another joetheplumber color scheme i think i maybe trying to copy very soon!
Did you paint the pointy stripes in yellow first then fill them in with black shot through an identical but slightly smaller stencil?
I have heard that you have a healthy population of Peacock bass (and snake-head!) in the canals in Florida now!? I know the USA is a big country, but just saying you don't need to go all the way to Brazil/Amazon to catch them!

Awesome photo!

Appreciate it! Thx Joe.

Awesome. Mhh think I might have to steal that color scheme..not that i will be able to pull it off as well as you have!

Funky and original whats not to like!

Beautiful..very clean work on your scales how do you get the netting to stay so tightly to the lure body so you end up with such perfect scales?
-
Awesome..as usual!

I love them all! Are the transparent paints you use from Createx or another brand?

Awesome talk about 'pushing the boat out'.. I think you just sent the boat to Australia!!!!

Nice!

Great work!

I do like that! Is it mainly a light metallic green with some brown/bronze shading work?
-
Great looking lure..love the paint job and clean top coat.
Is that a real hook embedded in the top coat or is it a stencil?

It looks like a stipeless sexy shad ... so you could call it an unsexy shad!... or a shad with a nice personality!!!

I think it will look (and fish) amazing with a paddle tail, I like how you have incorporated the little tail fin in on to the paddle tail as well..however i would go for a steeper angle on the tail it looks a little too aerodynamic at the moment and a steeper angle should give the bait a bit more tail wiggle.
just my 2 Cents!
