  1. ok thanks guys Ill try less heat and see if that helps i got a little order but don't want to make 150 that a customer doesn't want.
  2. making lamenated stickworms one side LC floresent yellow / w purple glitter other1/2 purple /w purple glitter. my flo. yellow is turning chartruse i think the glitter is bleeding as i reheat in the microwave.how can i prevent this? Todd
  3. I'll try to figure out how to put a picture of it on soon. my total investment drill press pot and having the new main tube on the press extended to 36'' is $185.00 its a great fix for a cheep cost Todd

Ghost Call and talk to kim there are a couple different sizes i was there yeaterday and got the 24 oz. havent used it yet but planning to try it today. the pot is aprox. 3'' 3/4 deep I got a 10'' 12 speed drillpress and a 2 1/2'' metal paint mixer lower the mixer into the pot keeps salt and glitter mixed evenly the hole tome your pooring. woorks great harbor fraight $ 119.00

I just got one today there is only 4'' of clearance. my stick mold is 6'' but if you take the 4 screws out of the bottom and turn it around and put them back in and build a 2x4 frame with 1/2 ply on top screw bace fast you now have 8'' works great just make sure you have everything secured don't want to spill hot plastic.
  6. I pour in basement no vent yet got all the stuff to put one in but havent found the time. you know a carpenter by trade cant figure out where to drill hole for outside vent. wife just loves that smell LOL
  7. Eugene check Dewls I bought one from him maches perfect. Bobs tackle shack also has some nice finess molds. I think bobs are one sided. dewl has a couple two sided full round worm molds . hope this helps

I have 5 of Dewls molds there all great. had a problem poring one called Dewl gave me a tip and offered to rework the mold never have a problem with his molds. he backs what he makes . if you get one from him and don't like it Dewl has a good name out there you can probably putit on here and sell it in a minute

  11. looks good. the recipie is about the same as mine I added 6 drops of Dewl's flor. yellow.
  12. my son works at a glass factory he is getting me some glass pieces i'm going to cut them and he is taking them to work and have them tempered. hope this works. also making one out of aluninum first.
  13. cold cracks/ pour your second color before the first cools all the way. try only one at a time till you get it figured out. i pour bobs split-tail claws and about 30 seconds pour my black to fill mold . works great make sure your plastic is hot.
  14. that may work, but you may tare up the bait with the hookset pulling the leader material through the body of your bait. check out Dewl's chub E it has an insert that your line goes through and ties to the hook. kind of costy but looks like it would work. just a thought good luck keep trying you'll get it Todd
  15. ChadK when mixing tomato / acording on haw much salt you use, they will fade to a lite orange in a few days I use this color on the Ohio river in mid summer works great.had a problem with fade then made some without salt never faded. use more color if you add lois of salt Todd
