is that normal to removed 80g of trash from pseudo pure lead ingot ? to give u an idea the lee furnace was just nearly fully loaded ,so imo 80g seems to be a lot no ? and why that golden rainbow film ?

Do not use a union!
Take a 3" flat cap ABS or PVC doesn't matter and drill a hole near the bottom to fit an aquarium valve.
Hot glue in an aquarium valve.
The hot glue makes it easier to replace a bad valve later on.
Take a section of pipe for your cup and put in a knock out test caps. Knock out the center and discard.
Remove the remaining ring of the test cap and set aside.
Place your membrane over the section of pipe and replace the ring.
Trim excess membrane material.
Use a second knock out test cap for a cover.
Make as many cups as you want for cheap.
Change/replace membranes in seconds.
I rarely ever clean a cup.
Store my paint in them as well.
Want a 2" cup? Put in a 3x2 reducer fitting and make a 2" cup.
Same for 1.5"
Change sizes in seconds.

mate thanks . i think ive got almost everything now,just missing the test cap. now i know the reason of the plexiglass sheets. his flat cap must be empty like mine, so ill have to seal it against something

that's because many guys are calling black nickel blades smoke . so once i saw that color from pro-tec i taught it was the same one . i think it must be made by a chemical reaction it never chip but it kind of discolors. if a candy black or candy gray colors would exist i guess it could be a lil bit like that if painted over nickel. tks you just save me money

does the black nickel paint over nickel by pro tec look like the black nickle blade ? if not is that possible to do it by an diy process ?

ive take a look at post canada flyers and it is kind of unclear . i guess that's why some shop ship some don't. liquid flammable product is banned , they gave a list of banned products and of course plastisol is not in it ,they will not tell all the pseudo dangerous things. but imo it is kind of stupid because it is not explosive . it 'S just plastic and it will burn like all plastic liquid or not

does anyone is using a kind of mag fluid bed like that, size will be 3 winch x 4 ? i 'll be a lil bit too short whit a normal 2 inch tube since i'll also paint some blades that are around 1 5/8 wide. does anyone know if it is possible to make a good one where we can easily switch paint cup instead of cleaning them each time you change paint color ? ive seen some whit union some without.one thing is sure union cost a lot of money vs the rest

if you prefer to get the world records of covid case and death .then yeah trudeau could appears like an pos . i hate him for millions of reasons but certainly not for the way he run the place right now. one of my family member almost died from that Chinese junk,maybe you would think differently if one of your family member would died from it .

guys once properly cleaned . how many scrap are you supposed to get per pound once you use a ''pure'' ingot ? don'T need precise number just to get an idea
