I have use them all three 500,502 and 536 And out of the microwave i use the same process on all three and had good results have only had a few gallons of lurecraft i like the 500 for tube and swim but I had about 25 gallons over year and half of M-F and it treat me good between the super soft and regular same melting pretty much and no scorching which is a real plus when you live in maine and smallmouth love white.

hi guys, I also in printing bus. I have worked for two different shops for almost 10years i'm only in my twentys i think that there is going to be some machine come out in the near future that are going to make this printing on ploy bag a lot easier but while we wait the best way to do is Buy some glossy MAC TAC crack n peel online or from your local printer NOT STAPLES sorry that just how i feel either print on your ink jet or go have them color copy at your local printing company if your going to ink jet them don't use the glossy just get what they call un coated so your ink won't run. Then go to your local printer and have them cut them for you then you have a nice label that looks like its your own an not a preformed label from staples If you think staples is the cheapest paper sale in town you would be wrong i sell it everyday to people who can't believe that a mom and pop print shop can sell paper cheaper than staples and the great thing about small mom and pop print shop is Green Backs or Cash can get you a lot better price. this is just a little info. from some small printer in maine throwing in my:twocents: Thomas

yea i didn't think that the money was going to help but you don't know if you don't ask right. Hey My family own a small commerical printshop and my wife is the proof reader and designer i'm press operator and anything else thats got get done on the production end if you would like i could put a few on paper for you free of charge its least i could do for all the help you have gave to everyone on this site.

bojon save the type time for the ebook tell them to do a search i only be on TU for about ten month an you have been through this a few time i am dip really nice tube becasue of you thanks for all the input it save me a great deal of time and money if i send you the money for the ebook ahead of time will it speed up the process any. :-) Thomas

if your going to try to make some money at this spend all your money on 5 inch senko and a pour common color don't do custom colors don't mess with laminate or two color get a cheap microwave three or four mold and some salt and go to town i been pouring almost five year and this has been my only money maker to speak of i use that term very lously because in five years i made about 3 grand and i have close to 5 grand in molds and colors supply bait room and every thing i did before i met all the great guy on TU this site is hand down the best place to get help for hand pouring bait and all the guy here are real people that want to help you make hand pour a success if you vaule your time i have alot more money in labor thousands of hours wasting plastic I wish only the best for you and your son this is a great hobby and can be a lot of fun if you keep it simple. you have to give more info are you hand pouring or injection does it have to one or two piece mold what kind do of material do you want the mold to be made of Alum, Plaster, or RTV silcone the quality goes in that order as well for detail and shine but plaster is the cheapest rtv second cheapest alum. cost the most but won't sell anything that don't come out of an alum. there only really three people in the alum. game for the small guys Del mart , bobs tackle shack, shawn collins hope this is some help

if it a custom order or one of the hard ones with lots of detail in it not in stock you can bet on 6 to 8 week it say right on his web site 4 to 6 weeks on most molds if he has it on the shelf april will have to you in 4 days max. i live in central maine that a long way from az. and if i order stick molds i have with in the week if i order custom lizard or something that del has to run on the cnc and de bur it six weeks i have like 15 molds from him and 5 knife on order i won't even call him for a couple of weeks on an item like that because has to make it to order but like they already said in stock is what matters with del his machine time is back up for week at all time he only has like 7000 customers so if some one order a certian bait that i don't have a mold for i make a pop untill del can getter done or if i can't do that i tell them it going to be two month for me to get from my vendor. bojon i was wondering what do you use to seal the end of 3/4 inch copper pipe with you said paper early in the post or is it J B weld from what i read you use the jb weld for the rod and paper for the tube i don't no but if you get a chance could you explain it real quick.
