  1. i use silicon molding rubber what jewlers use first the wire i find the center of the wire then make a u in the center that way your wires won't twist i use a arbor press the bottom of the square post dill out put in a roll pin makes a perfect u straight on both ends ------------------u--------------
  2. place hook into mold close yhe squeeze in a vice to get the marks on both sidesof the mold then you can drill or mill out
  3. hold a lited candle in the cavities to darken them

    cast iron

    have you tried probass i know they carry a cast iron dutch oven like a big cook pot out of cast iron
  5. i had just made the scrouge heads out of silicon rubber my friend got some plastic lids from tennis ball cans green lids work the best more thinner and fleckable

  8. gfpsr i dont know the name but compoment paints sell the disk and boards to build one that is where i got mine from i hope this can help you
  9. gfpsr braveviper doit mold makes cannon ball molds from one ounce to 4 ounces instead of goning through all that.
  10. component paint systems has the membrain filters that is where i got mine i i uesd 3 inch pvc pipe and pvc flat end cap i drilled small hole on side of end cap for airline
  11. robbor i use econosil silicone some of my molds are6 inches thickwww.fdjtool.com.it is soft as putty but in the oven at 400 degrees it becomes solid.you have to use baby powder as a seperator also also i use two alum. plates top and bottom with a c clamp does the job for me.some of my molds are 6 inches thick
  12. robbor i went to a scrap yard and picked some pices of square alum. pipe also i dont use a sprue i cut them with a razor blade it is easier cutting the pipe than milling all that out some of my forms are6inches use powder for the seperator for the silicone
