Thinking about having some hired help pouring baits but it seems like a major task. With all the competition out there I dont expect good replies. But those of you out there that do have hired help are you making enough to make it worth it? Im's are welcome. Thanks KB.

Just wondering how much is the price of a 55 gal drum of the soft ..... I have used some of there samples and all, but never have ordered large quantities. Thanks for any input in advance..

I tried this on a mold allready, It did not do what I wanted it to do, but it was on a open pour mold maybe an injection mold will be different? Let us know what happens.

Well dang! Off to the pond shops. Get a good one at a pond shop for around $30.00 Sucks though I was in the middle of a good pour trying to pump out 240 split tails, it broke at 90. And the wife said noooooooooooooo waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Most of ya know what that means...

So what is your favorite injection mold? Mine would have to be the tube mold by Bear,2nd would be the skirt mold. I don't even throw a tube,so it's not like a favorite bait. I think it's the small tantacles that are almost impossible to hand pour is why I like them so much.

I know Delmart has one thats dead on but only see it in a 1 piece mold but they might have it in injection, Some of his molds are not shown.

I remember someone telling me he was riging his hook in the bait so the werm colors were side by side, He said the werm was diff + the color pattern . maybe we should start riging werms upside down,backwards, in the tail, on there side? what do you think about that?

Yes I was amazed also I had a new mold in like three days. I dont know what was wrong with the first one , but the new one is perfect, it dont matter hard plastic or soft, and the temp either ....just not to cold!

new mold came in the mail today, just finished shooting 10 baits and they all came out perfect! Thanks Bear!

I put a toothpick behind the mandrel to keep it from sliding back but it did'nt work, the best one tonight was the first one with a cold mold? It's like a slow day of fishing .... is it me or the fish? It's just hard to beleive the plastic would flow through such a small crack, I wonder if? If maybe the skirt went all the way to the end of the mandrel to releive the pressure, and then just trim the end? Or maybe just air flow grooves on each tentacle?

Does it happen on every shot for you, or just sometimes? I did the pulling apart thing on a few of them, but that is'nt going to work.

I really like this mold but im having trouble with my skirt tentacles sticking together with a thin layer of plastic, tried cooler plastic but then it wont make it to the end of the bait. Any help? Thanks KB.
