  1. I just found it Lone Star Candle Supply - [Equipment], This should take you straight to the pots. Their is two diffrent sizes they under $11. The more you get the cheaper they are. They also have a handle on them that stays cool. You can heat them on the stove I did email the lady about that. You may want to email her for the right size don't I am not for sure on size.
  2. If you need to dip in something check with candle making web sites. They have a tall candle melter or pourer you can put on the stove to keep it hot. I think it is 10" tall and 6" to 8" round if I rember right. The4y only cost $6 to $12 if I rember that right. I will look for the site and put up a link when I find it.
  3. Yes they are the same thing you can get anywere. They just have diffrent size glue sticks.
  4. I just found something out. I have been looking at others pictures of bass from diffrent states and then me and finfever whent fishing (He's from the west coast). He said the Largemouth here are wider, shorter and fatter then the one's he caught out west. The picture's I saw they are longer and thinner. Then I read today that some one caught a 23 inch Largemouth and it weighed four pounds. A 23inch bass here would be 7 to 7.5 pounds here. My buddy caught one two weeks ago in a farm pond that was 7.8 pounds and was 23 1/4 long. So does every part of the US have diffrent shape largemouth?
  5. Thats a nice bass. Your guys Largemouth look longer then the one's in Nebraska ours are short and fat.
  6. I just talked to a guy the other day that is looking for the same mold. He said he thinks that it hasn't came out yet. He has talked to Do-It and they wounldn't give him any info if their comming out with one. I have been trying to find a football one like that. I am going to start pour lead this winter but I can't find a mold I like.
  7. If your going to remelt baits with salt in them. I melt them in the microwave then let it cool. Then cut the salt off it will settle on the bottom of the pyrex. I don't remelt Berkey stuff anymore I did it once and about stunk the neigbors out.
  8. Brian_VA now if they breed up to five times a year thats a ton of snakeheads being reproduced. How many eggs does one snakehead lay each time they spawn? Pirannas lay up to 2500 eggs per fish with only 800 to a 1000 making it after they hatch( thats a low estament). Then the numbers get a little smaller as they grow. Now if you look at how snakeheads are a survivor fish they most likely would adapt to deeper waters as food gets harder to come by in the shallows. The bass my be eating them up but I wouldn't look at it as a new food source for them. You have to look at as they are fighting for their home waters. The snakeheads are most likely snacking on the babies too while eating or attacking the males first that gaurd the nest leaving the nest unprotected. Once the snakeheads get to a certian size they will have nothig to hunt them down. They can get into other lakes, rivers and steams by ducks and geese. The eggs will stick to them and they fly somewere else and leave them. Thats how some of our lakes got over run with carp and shad. Their should be action taken now not later even if its shocking them. The longer we wait I will be fishing for snakehead in the next ten years here. The state and fed gov needs to quit talking and get things rolling now. Why not let commercial fish of snakeheads start we have proven we can wipe out other types of fish this way. Their is a market for them all over the US. Then make it once their gone their gone and if you get caught bring them in the US its five years in prison per fish. It kinda makes you wonder if someone in the gov or has ties to the gov has a plan to harvest them for profit.
  9. Yes some people may ask the question over and over. Now what would we have to talk about then or maybe a new way of doing somthing might get thrown in. You also have to relize we have to pay now so by us I mean everybody if new people ask a stupid question in our eyes we should give them an answer. If we just say do a search they might get mad and not want to join because nobody will answer anything for them. So what would be the point for them to join.
  10. When will the CD/Book be out and how much is it going to be?
  11. I have some stik baits that are avocado with green flake. I got them once and have never seeen them agian. I went though fifty in a season. We named them the money stik. I will have to try them with the red flake when I get avocado on my next order.
  12. I got one from Graingers it is a better one than the one you can get at Lure Craft. It was also $10 cheaper. I haven't used it yet its still in the package. I would get one from the hobby store they are a lot cheaper and if it don't work your only out $5 to $ 10.
  13. Kajan is that made from RTV from a tube? Where do you get your RTV from?
  14. I wash my molds almost every time I use them. I just use water to get the glitter out that sticks to the mold.
  15. The name on the tube is Red Devil High Temp RTV Silicone.
