the wire is pretty much pointing at the nose of the next cavity, except on the 5/8... the 5/8 can be extended...the others are only about 1/8th of an inch from the next cavity...

does anybody sell the forms with the clacker already attached? I've looked all over the net and come up with notta...

yes, you can turn the opening to the front. they come out of my mold pretty smooth, although the nose as cast does seem a little lumpy. only thing i dislike is to pour the 5/8 you have to tilt the mold when pouring or it wont get down to the hook keeper...

the "tap" is just to seat them...the big nut locks whatever you have in there down, its a collet...heres a visual... http://www.hemingwaykits.com/acatalog/HK1680,Chuck_with_3_collets.jpg the stub just locks the morse taper in place to keep it from spinning... loosen the collet nut a bit and just give whichever one you have in there a tap... dont sweat it, theres enough terminology and accessories to give anyone a headache... you should get a handle on it pretty quick, like everything else, just give it some hands on time...

yea, i saw the bluegill and cute shad baits, really nice for a rattle can, i know id have more on my fingers than the bait if i tried that, let alone making them look good...

yes, repaints of some old lures whose paint was trashed...
