What kind of paint do you use on top of powder paint?

To start off This is my first post! I see you all are accomplished lure makers! I would like to start painting small baits and need to know the do's and dont's of getting tooled up. I have a few questions: 1. What is the best brush to do fine detail work on small baits? 2. What air compressor shall I purchase? 2. What type of paint is best paint to use on balsa? 3. What is the toughest clear coat I should use? 4. Where is the best places to purchase all the equipment? I would like to purchase the brush and compressor and other accessories from the same place. Hopefully one of you members has a store that I can send my business to. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. It seems like there is a endless amount of information when it comes to airbrushing and its getting a bit overwhelming. Thank!
