Good morning everyone of you here . I am the guy from Thailand again , I am going to have my own custom laminate bags . When I talked and showed the example bags to the bag company , they all came with different material . first of all , my English will sometimes not good , I am sorry for that I have made my custom mold , it 's 3 cavities . I can not get it to filled , I have vent every single area just like in the picture the result will come like this every time ( every time really ! ) 1 the middle lure's feet will not be complete as I compare in the picture but the other two will complete , this happen as same every time . 2 the left and right lures will have a defect like I point by the red arrow I think it's because the air can not get out all . I try to fixed this for 2 days by vent and pour , more vent and pour , until I do not know where to vent next I inject slow , filled the spru after inject anybody have an idea , Please help me T_T Thank you very much everybody , I will have to tell you guys that this website make me from a boy that know nothing until now I have my own mold , Thanks to every single post in here , I would like to say this for long time . stonecold13

Hi Mike . Thanks for the great information . It is a sneak head .This fish is all over Thailand , just like bass . They taste really good . The giant version of them could go up to around 20 pounds and that's the most famous gamefish for freshwater here . Chong

Thanks for your answer jeff@mf you are right , even now I have alot of plsticizer in my area , because the material company have quite high min order . But I have to do it any way,hope I will find the proper formula for my lures . Chong

Hi every one there . This is my first topic in this site . I am Thai from Thailand , So my English will not be that good. sorry for that Since in Thailand we don't have any lure maker that produce soft bait. Now I am out of my job because I knew I can start this business . I sell soft bait for part time for about 3 years and all of those were import from America . I am now in the project of producing my own brand and also producing my own plastisol . Believe it all not , I have contact every plastisol maker in Thailand , They don't know how to make it that soft for fishing lure or I guess they do not want to waste their time . I am very lucky that one of my friend which are pvc expert agree to help me to do research on this . I look every pages here ,but no one talking about how to make plastisol . I knew every method for making them but the material is the problem my question here is Is anyone here know what is the plasticizer that plastisol maker use in their formula , both pathelate and non pathelate type , just any small clue will be great . Also I have attached my lure that I hand them out for my customer to test it , but I think the material is not well enough . I have to tell you guys that every part of my lure come from the knowledge form this website Thanks in advance Chong
