  1. I have been using Canning and Pickling Salt. It runs about 3 bucks for a 4 lbs. box. It is finer than regular, but to get a decent sink rate you will definitely loose transparency. Do you have a Cash and Carry where you are. I know they have popcorn salt too.

  7. Caney Creek seems to have a good price on plastic. Any one have reason not to buy from them. I mean is it quality plastic? thanks -Dayv
  8. Ok so I used salt for the first time. It is pickling salt. It seemed the minute I poured the plastic the salt settled to the bottom of the measuring cup. Do I just need more constant stirring, is there an optimal temperature for pouring salted plastic? Any help. Oh I was using 1/2 cup of plastic and about 3 tsp of salt. Thanks. I hand poured 3 lures. first one sinks a little and the next 2 floated like Styrofoam. Tanks for the help. -Dayv
  9. two part question: can you make a two part mold from POP, I've only seen one pieces, and if not how do you pour round baits like Senkos? thanks

  12. So I have been reading about adding salt to baits the adjust sink rates. What kind of salt is it and where can I get it? Thanks. --Dayv
