no it did not, the only problem i had is that when pouring a thicker mold, (big swimbai for example) it did settle to the bottom, fixed it by pouring a little cooler. got a great junebug from it

so found a great breakthrough. creatology glitter pack, bought a michaels, came in 2 sizes with a 16 color pack of fine glitter and a course glitter pack of 6 colors, both for less then 5 bucks and its about 40ish dollars worth of mf glitter. triedd it out and reheated it and worked great! amazing colors too, just have to stir like crazy because it settles big time in the reheating but once stirred is suspends very well. very very pleased!

has anyone tried normal glitter from the local craft store? maybe adding after the plastic is cooked and right before pouring? just a thought to cut a corner or two

i just tried microwace for the first time, ive always done it on a burner before, and added salt before doing anything and was able to do1/6 cup into 1/2 cup no problem with all of the same ingredients before done the exact way a stovetop. there has to be something about the microwave difference then the stovetop because that was the only variable. beyond confusing but im estatic i can get these senkos made for a friend of mine now. guess microwave for salt and stovetop for nonsalt

it almost has to be the moisture because i cant stir more then i am doing, and im not overheating it because ive been pouring without salt perfectly fine for a while. it has to be the moisture in the salt. and yes on the coast of florida is about as humid as you can get haha. but i will try this new salt you guys are talking about. if this doesnt work, i dont know. ill try it in the microwave is my last resort.

im about to throw in the towel when it comes to salting my lures. i have no problem pouring plastic or adding anything until salt somes around. it instantly clumps and the burns and becomes unpourable. i am using popcorn salt, but even when i remelt heavily salted baits i get the same reaction. very very frustrating, not sure what the problem is and ive tried adding salt before heating, during, after, slowly, fast. no clue. the salt is not iodized and i am using a small pot on my burner. anyone had this problem or more importantly have a solution?

i had the exact same problem in 5" stick and to fix it i did the 2 things as a combinations that have been posted here. i keep the plstic temp almost as low as i can then inject and wait 5-15 sec (depends on plastic temp) and top it off. dont let it cool to long in thee mold either, this can cause alot of small dents in it.

the "flat side" you are talking about is not always flat, if you fill it once it will actually be concave and reverse of what you are looking for, pour the mold then afteer just a sec of cooling pour through the middle again and it will give you a rounder mold. Its great as far as most baits go but as far as baits like senkos or anything like that, then you need a 2 piece mold. but most other 1 peice molds are very easy to get thet round with just a little practice.

so ive been sick over the last three days and im positive its because of the last time i made about 200 worms, i had no fans on and was inside. very stupid of me, but just a warning to always have ventilation and turn those fans on and open those doors!

you have to try the spot remover jig heads. rig it up with a drop shot senko ot trick worm. i just let it go to the bottom for 20ish sec then bounce it back, stopping every 8 feet or so for 10 sec. gotta be on our toes but oh man does it work and are the fish big. http://s1142.photobucket.com/albums/n616/wayne9291/?albumview=slideshow all cept one caught with lurecrafts dropshot senko in solid black

i must say that pond fishing is NOT like lake or canal fishing. a crackbait will barely ever work in a pond. the fish will be more skiddish and it is best to stick to your classic ribbontail, q-tail, and recently ive foung dropshot senkos on spot remover hooks. a spinnerbait will work well also. stay away from noisy loud baits though.
