What would you guys recommend for an amount of anise oil to 1 cup of plastic?

Thanks for your help Crabby. I like the results that I have gotten from the Netcraft molds and injector, but I am looking for some different molds(specifically a creature bait like a brush hog). Do the hand poured molds like lurecraft and even the more expensive aluminum ones leave a flat side on one half of the baits, or does it produce a decent bait? Thanks to all in advance.

Will the Jann's Netcraft injector (says super-sport on the side) work with any other molds such as lurecraft, bears, etc....

I am thinking in terms of keeping them from getting dried out and losing elasticity(action). Will the salt still work? I am open to everything and appreciate the advice Dutchman. The Lurecraft oil that I have been using doesn't seem to deter fish. I have caught bass, redfish, and speckled trout with it on my baits, but it is about $4 for 4 ounces. I would love to find out if WD-40 or vegetable oil etc. has the same effect. Thanks yall.

Any suggestions on an oil to use when packaging soft plastics?

Can anyone tell me what Lurecraft's worm oil is made out of? I have been using it mainly to keep soft plastics lubricated, but I started wondering if it is a household item, if it had a scent..... Any help is appreciated. (It is clear and pretty thin with no apparent scent.) Jesse

Does anybody have suggestions on where to buy stabilizer? I have seen some at lurecraft and caney creek, but the shipping costs more than the stabilizer. Thanks again for all of yalls help. Jesse

Wow. Thanks for the quick advice on my question. Yall are top notch on this site. My problem is that I have single molds right now and I don't really have the luxury yet of pouring single batches. I am trying to keep a fair amount of plastic going at one time while working the molds quick as possible. Is the stabilizer something I need to buy from one of these companies or is it something household I can add? My baits are coming out good and they work on the water, but I end up getting some of the color I originally intended and a whole different color that is much darker. Thanks again. Jesse

I am using a microwave, and when I start out my baits look great, but they get darker and darker as i go. Pearl white turns into egg nog colored and watermelon turns into motor oil. I am heating the same mixed plastisol and hardener several times with no stabilizer. I don't think it is getting burned because there is no smell. I am stirring often also. Any tips would be appreciated. Jesse
