I love them both. My wife was telling me of the method that is used to do fingernails this way, sounds hard to achieve these patterns.

I was looking for a way to make them more "trustworthy" without a through wire harness. I have made a couple with just twisted wire hangers in the tail that I fish quite often and never had a problem, but this was for a friend at work and I didn't want to take a chance with the back hook pulling out.

Love to "play" angles and widths. It dives around 4 -5 ft with a tight action. This one is balsa with a pine dowel in the tail and a one banger rattle.

I think that would have came out better. maybe moved the cues back a little and the balls for eyes.
