You can go and buy a jitterbug to use as a reference, and you will see that the lip is not at 45 degrees. It is closer to 30 degrees. You cn also see photos on the tackle websites like bass pro and cabelas, etc.

I've looked at old secretary's on Craig's List. You can often find them with the hutch and they are well made. The top folds down to make a desk top you can tuck a chair under and there are plenty of cubbies and drawers for supplies.
