  8. Alert!!! The bugs have been multiplying and now they are starting to get larger! They are growing at an alarming rate. How big will they get???? Stay tuned.... (The pic shows my standard bug beside the "Musky MudBug Jr. which will be my smallest entry in this new series. 10. FYI...... I first lay down a bead of paint with a toothpick then I use a small "sparse" bristled brush to lightly drag the paint outward. (I modified the brush by trimming the bristles so that only a few remain. It takes a little practice but very easy to perfect. Hope this helps anyone that's interested

  20. Well I went to Lowes over the weekend and they did not have the PlasticDip in clear matte so I had to order it on Ebay. Sorry for the delay. Once I get results, I will post.
  21. Well that's too bad, I was in hopes of having a viable solution. This weekend I'm planning on trying the "Plastic Dip". I will post results once I have completed. I may order some matte finish topcoat to try also. As far as matte paints go, I agree with Jeff on the lacquer paints being an option but I don't know how they will hold up without the topcoat. I'm also not setup to work with lacquers. I prefer water-based paint.

Nice clean joints! Great job! Did you saw the joints when the lure or lure master was in the "blank" stage of your build?
