I ve had Lurecraft.com make me a bunch of molds they seem to work pretty well with the high temp silicone cost around 70 each most of the time. I am going to try to start making them myself though.

I have not tried them yet Was going to but when I placed my order at shorty's they told me they no longer carry them because of some issue with owner hooks. But would like to get a hold of some.

Fishingskirts.com has the hub that I buy and make my punch skirts. You buy it and a pack of o rings use the O ring as you skirt band then slide the hub in the middle. I have made quite a few of them with it and works well.

The Stuff I was using was Devcon and It is 5 min epoxy. I will try to find some that says 2 ton and try it. thanks guys

I tried using epoxy on my swim jigs and spinner bait heads to help hold the eyes on right now I am just super gluing but coming off. The epoxy I tried would turn the white heads yellow looking. Just looking for some direction on what to do to fix it. Thanks for the help.

Like Big-D said the EC is better the last bunch of 1000 box of mustad 32798 that I bought you could rub your fingers down the sides and feel a groove in them then you could bend them and break them with your fingers. I really like the Eagle Claws.

Where do you guys buy your green pumpkin powder and clear at and what kind of flake do you use. I used to buy mine from a guy on eaby but he no longer has it listed and it cost me less than 20.00 with shipping the last pound I bought from ProTec cost me around 37.00 buy the time they added shipping. The stuff I got on ebay worked better than ProTec but cant buy it anymore. thanks

I have seen some powder paint on jigs with black flake in the paint. The main colors i was looking at were green pumpkin and brown, and I was looking to see if anyone could offer any info on how to do that. Thanks everyone

Smalljaw that would work i was just looking for something that had a better holder on the bottom for the skirt that may be the way that I go. I personally use the 32798 in mine but the ones I sell they dont buy because the people in my area say the hook isnt big enough. but I do the the other hook myself. thanks for the help.

Does anyone on here make a custom football jig mold with a heavier wire than a 32798. Ive tried contacting Shawn Collins Customs but no response ive got some of his molds and really like those. I want a bigger hook and a better bait holder than the DO IT. Thanks

I have a bunch of the aluminum blades the small ones we also have some of the bigger and a couple of bigger plastic buzz blades also.

It just depends on the size and how many heads you want in it. I think the ones ive been getting start around 30 plus. You can get alot of pours as long as you take care of your mold. usally after I pour about fifteen heads Ill let my mold cool down some. Its a good deal for the money it just takes some time to get used to pouring in them, how tight to put your clamp and temp on the lead.

If you have a couple of the heads call lurecraft.com and send them the jig heads they can make you a mold out of hi temp silicone. You will have to find a good set of clamps to hold it with so you dont get burnt by the lead. I use a set of wood working clamps to hold mine. I have about 10 mold made that way and their working on 6 more right now.
