Yes. You can also use a binder clip on the top to make a very small spout. Can't explain a little more

Slowfish Have u used both of the of the manufacturersThe reason I ask is that I have used many of the rtv Manufacturers but have not tryed smooth on And was wondering how detailed it was in the finer appendage's And was it cheaper Thanks jjk

It could be parafren wax and petroleum mix

No it's kind of like chap stix but u put it on the fly To make it a different shape and scent punisher Lures has they call it fish dope

Maybe I should be more specific the kind that u would would put on a float and fly rig To fish for smallmouth or spots I believe it Is a mix of parafren wax and something else But not sure I would appreciate all the help
