Thanks Mark! Part of my addiction is trial and errors and finally figuring out the problem! Lol Of course there low points in that but it's worth it when it works the way you think it should and catch fish. Thanks!
  4. All the hardware came from Lurepartsonline.com. I could not find replica props for this build so I compromised with metal beads for spacers. Thanks !

Some of the other lures that I made like a whopper plopper had a bad barrel roll so I put more weight in the center and made a v shape body trying to counter act the rolling. It did help a lot but if you really cranked the lure in it still would roll , but since then I figured how to stop the roll completely. Thanks !!

This is a top water cnc. This is all made by hand the first time. All the bodies are made from wood but the tail was made from clay then was molded and lastly a lot of experimenting on the ratio of resin and microballons. It was very difficult to get the tail right but it was worth it. Thanks !!

That also is a great ideal ! Thanks I will keep experimenting. Other than missing a front hook up sometimes is what I'm afraid of but the rear hook should be where most of the target area is. Other than that I'm am very pleased in how it performs. Thanks again !

Thanks that's a great ideal. I think one of the problems is I made the body shorter that the factory made ones. So I think I will also try and make them a little longer. But now I will try the fin. Thanks !

It tracks well but has a bit of a ball roll. I have made adjustments in the tail part that has made a big improvement. With a little more tweaking I thing I have something special. Thanks !!!!

Thanks !!! As for if stripers eat birds I really can't say for sure, but if a regular bass will then you would think a striper would. Thanks again !
