  1. Salt in the mix can cause colors to fade or become milky.
  2. sorry will not contact outside USA. Good Luck
  3. I got a very rare chance to pour with Jeff at Fringe tackle yesterday and we did those laminated baits. very labor intense. I don't think you will ever be able to buy those type baits again as most fisherman will not pay for the process required for such a unique bait!
  4. Depending on if you are wanting one color, two color or even 4 color laminate will be the deciding factor on taking on such a big order and cost involved.. I can give you some suggestions if needed just PM for phone numbers.
  5. Heads up BassPatrol...info from JBuff is the word! He is the master of soft plastic and the one who pours the BEST Swim bait made....FRINGE!!! No can come close to his colors and techniques. I had the same problem with bubbles in the Bears plastic and using an 1000 watt MW. His suggestions cured it. He has been there and done that and is only offering help he knows that works. He has even decided to give me a day of training making baits from my molds. That is going to be awesome learning from the master. We will be pouring next Tuesday and i'll even try to post some pics of the baits we make. BassPatrol PM if you want me to ask him any Q's.
  6. dip the head in clear plastic after cured will seal the eye
  7. I think you may have a vent problem with the mold. Is the incomplete ring always in the in the same spot? If so look at the vent on that spot of the mold and deepen it slightly.
  8. Lure Parts Online and I sure other suppliers have the rectangular display containers that I use to package swimbaits and lures.
  9. Nice looking swim bait! Very similar to BTS 5" open pour. I like your colors. PM sent
  10. Are the strands already cut on the tab? Im looking for skirt material so I can cut wider strands
  11. I have two types of extra injection molds for sale in the classified section. If interested text Steve @ 210-365-1272 pls
