Anyone know a source of the hard spinnerbait spacing tubes that are longer than 1 inch ? There are like tiny straws . Not the soft flexible tubing . Several places have them but there 1 inch pieces. There are like .040 ID
Thanks Paul
Are you sure ? I looked all over ebay and Amazon! They look very similar to a common hook removing tool , but the have a cam in them that turns hook around! If you could please send me a picture. They quit making them 30 years ago . Was hoping someone had them in an old tackle box .
thanks Paul .
I don’t have a picture because I haven’t found any yet .
Does anyone remember the late seventies or early eighties a stainless steel fish hook removing tool that would grab the hook and had like a cam action that would turn hook around in the fishes mouth so you could easily extract it ! The ones today just grab the hook ? It was sold in Walmarts and k marts back in the eighties . It was the best fishing tool ever . But they quit making them ! I would buy one if someone had had one . Please post a pic if you have one .
Thanks Paul
Has anyone ever made a quick change skirt ? Like Z-Man EZ shirt ,strike king perfect skirt , Northland Crazy leg skirt . Conventional skirts are easy to make , but the skirts l mentioned looks like a different process.
Yes , a rivet would work . I appreciate all the ideas . There are all kinds of Great ideas . But I am looking for that specific part . Hildebrandt baits uses them , but they don’t sell them . I am looking for the distributor of that part . Thanks
Has anyone ever purchased one of these quick change sleeves . And it is not a pop rivet . And not a conventional crimp sleeve .
It is 9/16 of an inch long , just under 1/8 of an inch Outside Diameter. Some companies use them on there Spinnerbaits.
Appreciate any info .
Hey Guys , what is the best way to cut a soft stick bait ? To achieve the the the flattest top of the bait . Scissors, Razor blades, knife. I know someone has the best technique!
I have herd that guys have had the same issue you are talking about! Most have said the gates are to small. Some have said that the nice shape at the top of the bait is great , but the small gate causes the dents .
