Hi Guys, im new to TU and would like to introduce myself. Correct me if this is not the correct place for introduction on this board. I'm mainly a hard bait builder. I live in the netherlands and build for pike fishing mainly. I read and learn a lot from this forum and decided to join so I can share my experiences in lure building. I build my baits from wood and PU and love to create shapes that are not for sale in the stores. I have added some pics for illustration best regards Marcel

Hi guys. Im new to this forum. Builder from the netherlands. To reply on the question, my experience with the problem is that when the 2k urethane is old ( more than 2 weeks after opening new bottles) more air is produce when the blank is cured. Thats why I always buy small packages and pour a freshly openened bottle as fast as possible. Hope this will help you solving this problem. Best regards, Armatus
